Services that we offer to our clients to complement their training programs include Body Composition analysis (Fat% etc), Nutritional and Supplement advice, weekly weigh ins and monthly Body Stat tests. We will be keeping a watchful eye on every aspect of your progress. With the inclusion of benchmark workouts we will be able to track your progress. We will also ask you get active outside the gym, so you may be required to do some "Home Work" to help you achieve the results that bit quicker.
The correct DIET is 50% of the battle with any training goal whether it be to lose weight, increase fitness or increase muscle size, with this in mind we will take a thorough look at your current eating habits and if we identify any areas that need attention we can discuss the benefits of using the Sol Gilbert Nutrition Complete plan which is a great way of getting used to measuring your food and eating the correct amount of calories required.
