Over the past couple of weeks we have been refurbishing ZT. We have focused mainly on the Functional area and the wet areas as I felt that these areas needed the most attention. We have also added some really cool artwork on the walls courtesy of Paul aka AroeMSK check him on instagram who is a local Graffiti artist and really gets what we was looking for in each of the areas of the gym.
This week I also had the pleasure of welcoming Cristina Eccles a judge from the National Fitness Awards as she came down to review ZT Fitness who has reached the Final 6 in the Gym Of The Year award and also the Fight Skool which has also made it to the final 6 for Combat school of the year. I think she was impressed with the way we have approached Fitness & Combat as a brand and I feel so honoured to be shortlisted as I have never really won much beside the odd fight or two so to have made it this far is a great personal achievement for Me Donna and the ZT crew. We will find out on the 30th November…
In the Gym we have launched some new classes one that seems to be going great is Paul’s Body Sculpt which runs on Monday & Wednesday at 10.30 (Straight after Box-X ) and consists of Bodyweight moves that targets each body part, This is a different class as it’s not our usual high tempo combat class so come and try it once for FREE!!
All afternoon Fight Skool 1pm classes will be £4 ( unless your a member ). So come and try Boxing on Monday- Strength & Conditioning on Tuesday- Olympic Freestyle Wrestling on Wednesday MMA Strike session on Thursday or Open Mat on Friday…
The new ZT & SGUT App will be here very soon. The ZT App will allow members to book a trainer or induction through their smart phone and the SGUT App has a really cool 30 day Bootcamp challenge, which is a great tool to take away on holiday to help you stay in shape.
Keep Training hard.
